It's so nice to work with a crew that is nice, polite, and courteous from start to finish. I don't ever leave bad reviews for anyone or any company but I do need to share my experience with Coastline. I chose them because I had read some positive reviews so when I wanted to have an awning or shade done over the door out of my sunroom, I gave them a call. The gentleman that came out to the house was nice, respectful, professional. He was knowledgeable regarding the different available products. Was here for quite a while. Gave us some different ideas. Took measurements. Assured us we would have a quote by that evening. We didn't get it. Waited through the weekend and Monday still no quote. Tuesday I called them to make sure they had the correct email. They told me they were having server issues and would send me the quote soon. Another week has passed and nothing. No quote, no phone call. I totally understand if they didn't want to take the job because it was too small for them. As professionals, they should have just called me and told me. Disappointing!! I wasted time waiting for their quote while I could have been looking elsewhere.
